Hakkaido ramen, Terakawa Ramen’s winter special. The stone bowl was still boiling the broth when I got it, and I burned my tongue pretty badly afterwards. I’m a smart one.

Mayu ramen and fried dumplings from Terakawa Ramen. I didn’t realize how hungry I was until I ate everything and wasn’t bursting at the seams. Too bad my hangover is still here.

Momofuku ramen from Momofuku Noodle Bar. Good but completely overrated. The poached egg was perfect though, and runny yolks make everything taste better. Ippudo NY still holds the title for the best ramen I’ve had in the city.
