Yesterday’s breakfast of a toasted French toast bagel with strawberry cream cheese from The Bagel Store. I haven’t had that much sugar for a meal in a while. It was delicious and a great last unhealthy breakfast before this lifestyle change*.

*”Lifestyle change” sounds as stupid as diet.
